We cannot process returns without a Return Authorization Number. Please write your return authorization number on the mailing label. Make sure you return everything within 7 days after your received it.

Please provide us with your name, email address or telephone number, as well as your customer warranty number.

We will refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling ($10.00) and $2.50 for every used cartridge.
You will receive your refund by the same method you paid.
All product returns must be in original condition and contain all original parts, accessories and packaging.
Money will not be refunded if any parts are missing, damaged or misused.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
